Lindsay’s philosophy is to create programs with focus on movement quality and function, implementing resistance and cardio training. Her programs are proven effective, and are designed to build not only your strength but your confidence….because she believes you deserve to live life to the fullest!
Lindsay has been involved in the world of fitness for over 15 years, including as an athlete at the collegiate level. She works with a wide variety of clientele ranging from everyday fitness enthusiasts to celebrities. She was also chosen for specific fitness projects by Nike.
She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Functional Movement System.
