It is too often that I see people in the gym lifting crazy heavy weights with terrible form. Truth is, they are swinging and swaying so much that their bodies are forced to recruit muscles from other parts of the body that were not intentionally being worked in the first place. Solution: Stick to a weight that gives you proper time under tension, meaning you can complete the exercise in the rep range while using proper form.
