"After having a baby 7 months ago I had lost quite a bit of weight but was still, what felt like was, a long way off the size I was pre-baby and it was getting frustrating that I couldn’t fit into the clothes I wore before I had our little boy. I had been thinking for a few weeks that I needed to do something about it and had started exercising but as I was a gym bunny before I felt that the exercise I was able to do at home wasn’t hard enough to get the kind of results I wanted. I will definitely be keeping up the healthy eating programme that comes with the exercises as it’s yummy and wasn’t hard for me to stick to.
