It’s just not fair. Having fear can change the way you live your life. You don't know if and when the merchant companies is going to to call but you do know that you have no idea what to do or say. It's not your fault that people wanted to return your product. You tried hard to give them everything you can to make the sale as easy and quick as possible. You have great stuff and you really do want to help your customer. But that just isn't enought... is it. You know that once they see you as a potential scam your done. You can put everything on hold. No bank accounts, no credit cards and no loans. What a bummer. Want to know how to protect yourself. Want to know what the merchant company will be looking for if they call you? Although the information isn't free it's really cheap. Just $7 can put you in a position of power.
