It all started when I wanted to go on a mission trip to Ecuador. I realized I could not even bend over to pick up a two by four easily. I just want to tell you how much you have done for me. Starting out at 330 I needed to make a drastic change in my life. Last year you saw me lose over 65 lbs. Not only did I lose weight, but I can now do the things I couldn’t do before. I look forward to going to the gym every morning. Seeing what you did for yourself was a motivation for me as well.
