I’ve been reading Kristina’s blog for a year now, and I absolutely love how easy and simple her recipes are.  This book does not disappoint!  The pictures are amazing and it is filled with delicious-sounding recipes.  I’ve done 7 days of detox and I feel absolutely amazing.  I have started losing weight and feeling more energetic through the day.  I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking for losing weight and getting healthier.  This book is a must-have
