All I wanted to say is thank you so much! I’d never have thought that I could discover a solution to my social anxiety, and like you said, it wasn’t an easy journey for me either.
I’ve tried everything: Wikipedia, YouTube, Yahoo! Answers etc. but none of them truly worked for me! I was so desperate, I was starting to lose hope. I thought I would never get rid of my problems and that I was I going to stay like this for the rest of my life. Lonely and very unhappy… until I discovered your website.
