“I was skeptical about the whole full body functional strength workouts...short, intense? How would that work I was a cardio junkie and used to long drawn out workouts. I have to stay slim for my tv career so I didn't think this could possibly work for me, after just a few weeks I noticed a difference. Not only was I feeling stronger but my core and legs were changing...and my endurance was still great. I never miss a workout now and am true believer.
